JAS-LGC Nano Liquid Glass Coating is a high-performance transparent polysiloxane-based nano coating produced by Sol–Gel technology, forming an ultra-thin 100–500 nm protective film that chemically bonds with substrates at room temperature. It delivers an Easy-to-Clean effect with anti-fouling, anti-corrosion, UV resistance, and excellent weather durability, while maintaining high transparency and original gloss. Suitable for glass, metal, stone, ceramics, wood, concrete, and plastics, it is ideal for high-end indoor and outdoor protective and functional coating applications.

Application
  • Substrate preparation: Remove oil, dust, and old coatings, and ensure the surface is clean and dry. For porous materials, pre-drying or pre-treatment is recommended.
  • Application methods: Spray, roll, dip, or wipe coating can be used. Recommended application conditions are 5–35 °C with relative humidity below 80%.
  • Drying & curing: Touch-dry in 20–40 minutes; fully cured in 24 hours. Heating at 60 °C can shorten curing time to 2–4 hours.
  • Coating thickness: 100–500 nm per layer. Apply additional layers after curing to enhance durability and protection.
Packaging & Storage
  • Packaging: Available in 20 kg and 200 kg drums.
  • Storage conditions: Keep sealed, avoid direct sunlight, and store at 5–30 °C.
  • Shelf life: 12 months in unopened original packaging.

JAS-LGC Water-Film Self-Cleaning Mechanism
With a unique 48.3° hydrophilic surface, water spreads into a thin, uniform film instead of forming droplets. This “liquid wiper” effect carries away dirt and contaminants as it flows, preventing water stains and maintaining a clean surface with high transparency.
