1. Nano Waterproofing Technology System

The JAS Nano Waterproofing Technology System adopts a composite organosilane–inorganic silicate nano-penetration and crystallization reaction technology. It deeply penetrates into the capillary pores of concrete and reacts with hydration products to form high-density C–S–H crystals and a pore-sealing network, creating a deep, inside-out waterproofing and anti-permeation system. This significantly enhances the waterproofing performance, durability, and resistance to deterioration of concrete.

Technical Features:
With nano-scale composite components, the system penetrates deeply into concrete and reacts with hydration compounds to generate C–S–H crystalline structures, forming an irreversible structural anti-permeation barrier. It effectively seals capillary pores, suppresses moisture migration, and greatly improves concrete density, stain resistance, and chemical stability.

After being added into the mix, it reacts simultaneously with the hydration products, forming a full-depth, inside-out waterproofing system throughout the entire concrete cross-section.

JAS-SUPERWA-201 | Nano Water-Based Surface-Applied Waterproofing Agent
Utilizing advanced nano organosilane–inorganic silicate composite technology, it deeply penetrates the substrate and forms crystalline pore-sealing structures, significantly enhancing the impermeability of existing concrete structures.

JAS-Li-150, JAS-K-100 | Nano Composite Silicate Inorganic Waterproofing Agents
Based on lithium/potassium composite silicate reactions and hardening mechanisms, these products increase concrete density and chemical resistance, making them ideal for large-scale engineering applications.

JAS-WRP-100 | Nano Waterproof Repair Coating
Featuring high adhesion, micro-crack bridging capability, and enhanced waterproofing performance, it is ideal for localized repairs and secondary protective applications.

2. High-Durability Floor Enhancement System

The JAS Flooring System is designed around the core logic of “Crack Control → Hardness Enhancement → Surface Protection”, integrating material technologies across three key stages: the initial setting phase, the hardening phase, and the surface protection phase.

Dual-Lock™ (Internal Lock + Cellica Lock)
Locks internal moisture, reduces the rate of drying shrinkage, and minimizes crack formation.
Durability enhancement begins immediately from the initial setting stage of concrete.

Step 2|JAS-FD100 Aluminum-Based Floor Densifier

Fills capillary pores to increase surface hardness and abrasion resistance.
Prevents dusting and wear, making it ideal for heavy-duty industrial environments.

Step 3|JAS-LGC / JAS-FSA-301 Nano Liquid Glass Coating

An ultra-transparent, high-hardness, and weather-resistant protective layer.
Enhances stain resistance, self-cleaning properties, and chemical corrosion resistance.
Completes a high-durability, long-service-life industrial-grade flooring system.

3. Nano Liquid Glass Coating System

Using high-transparency SiO₂ nano liquid glass coating technology, an ultra-thin, ultra-hard, and ultra-transparent inorganic protective layer is formed on the substrate surface.

After curing, it creates a dense vitrified network with excellent UV resistance, acid and alkali resistance, abrasion resistance, stain resistance, self-cleaning performance, and corrosion resistance.
