Product Description

ShrinkLock™ Shrinkage-Locking Agent is a high-performance concrete shrinkage inhibitor designed to suppress cracking and drying shrinkage. Utilizing the Dual-Lock™ technology, a single spray application after initial concrete setting can rapidly lock in moisture before it evaporates, effectively preventing rapid moisture loss during the drying process. Its special nano-active components react to form C-S-H gel, which compensates for drying shrinkage cracks, fills capillary pores, reduces pore formation, increases concrete density, and significantly enhances overall durability.

Dual-Lock™ Mechanism
Locking Mechanism Function Description Core Effect
Internal Lock Locks in pore moisture and slows down evaporation, providing an internal curing effect. Prevents capillary pore formation and controls drying shrinkage.
Cellica Lock Reacts secondarily with the internal components of concrete to fill capillary pores. Strengthens the structure and compensates for shrinkage.

Application
  • Application Timing: Spray immediately after the initial setting of concrete.
  • Spray Dosage: Recommended at 0.20 kg/m², applied in two cross-coat passes.
  • Equipment: Airless sprayer or low-pressure spray gun, with a spraying distance of 30–50 cm.
  • Curing Conditions: Avoid rain exposure or water accumulation within 12–24 hours after application.
Physical Properties
  • Compressive Strength Improvement: After application, the 28-day compressive strength increases by more than 8% compared to untreated concrete (CNS 1010:1993).

  • Zero Shrinkage: No shrinkage observed at 28 days (CNS 1258:1985).

Packaging & Storage
  • Packaging: Available in 20 kg and 200 kg drums.
  • Storage Conditions: Keep tightly sealed, protect from direct sunlight, and store at 5–30°C.
