Product Description
JAS-CCA-120 is a water-soluble, high-penetration concrete curing agent that rapidly forms an inorganic mineral film on the concrete surface to reduce moisture evaporation. At the same time, it penetrates into the concrete and reacts with Ca(OH)₂ to accelerate the hydration process, forming C-S-H mineralized crystals that fill capillary pores.
CCA-120 significantly enhances the early-age strength of concrete and prevents shrinkage cracking caused by insufficient curing. The mineralized crystalline layer formed within the top 3–5 mm effectively blocks the ingress of water, chloride ions, and other harmful substances, improving reinforcement corrosion protection and extending the service life of concrete structures.

Application Notes
- Remove surface dust and contaminants before application.
- No dilution with water is required; it can be applied directly by spraying, rolling, or brushing.
