JAS-FD100 is a nano water-based aluminum floor densifier formulated with advanced water-based aluminate nano-liquid technology. It is designed for polishing and abrasion-resistant protection of concrete and mortar substrates. The product penetrates deeply into the concrete and reacts with free lime Ca(OH)₂ to form strong C-A-H (calcium aluminate hydrate) polygonal plate-like mineralized crystals, filling pores and significantly increasing the strength and hardness of the concrete.
FD-100 can be diluted with water according to the condition of the substrate before application. It is applied by spraying with a sprayer and then evenly spread over the concrete surface using a mop. After the reaction is complete, residual materials are removed, followed by grinding and high-speed polishing. This process creates a dense, glossy surface that is dust-free and highly reflective, improves abrasion resistance, inhibits bacterial growth, and enhances chemical resistance and long-term durability.

- Aluminum-based nano liquid technology reacts with concrete to form C-A-H mineralized crystals.
- A special aluminum-based penetrating formula enables deeper and more complete mineralization reactions.
- The treated area can be opened for use within 1–2 hours after application.
- Enhances floor gloss, forming a dense and reflective surface.
- Free from the eight heavy metals, formaldehyde, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
- Prevents concrete surface dusting and efflorescence formation.
- Easy to maintain; requires only water cleaning and no waxing.
- It can be applied using a pressure pump sprayer, compressed air sprayer, paint roller, or brush.
- Apply at a rate of 0.15 kg/m² by spraying, and adjust the dosage according to the absorption condition of the floor.
- After spraying, spread evenly with a mop to ensure full reaction of the material.
- After the reaction is complete, remove any surface residues, then proceed with grinding and polishing.
-
Apply by spraying at a coverage rate of 6.66 m² per kg (0.15 kg/m²).
- 1–2 hours after application.
- 20 kg per drum.
- In the original, unopened packaging and stored without extreme temperature fluctuations (within 15°C), the product can be stored for up to one year.
- Ensure good ventilation at the application site.
- If splashed into the eyes or onto the skin, rinse immediately with clean water.
- For industrial use only. Keep out of reach of children.
- Do not discharge waste into water sources or drainage systems.
