An inorganic waterproof repair coating featuring crack self-healing, hydrophobic lotus-effect water repellency, and thermal insulation. It forms C-S-H mineralized crystals on the repaired surface, enhancing structural durability, waterproof performance, and thermal control efficiency.
JAS WRP-100 is an inorganic waterproof repair coating that rapidly reacts and bonds integrally with the original substrate, enabling effective crack self-healing and repair. It forms C-S-H mineralized crystals on the repaired surface, and through nano-liquid technology, produces a pronounced hydrophobic lotus-effect that effectively blocks the penetration of water and moisture. In addition, combined with nano thermal insulation technology, it can reduce surface temperature by at least 3°C under direct sunlight compared to untreated areas.
- Suitable for all types of new and existing cement-based structures, both indoors and outdoors.
- Suitable for repair, waterproofing, and thermal insulation projects of concrete structures in buildings.
- Complies with CNS 3763 (2009) standards for waterproofing agents.
- Integrates three functions in one: crack self-healing, water repellency, and thermal insulation.
- Non-toxic, safe, and environmentally friendly, with easy application.
- Remove dust and contaminants before application.
- No dilution with water is required; it can be applied directly by spraying, rolling, or brushing.
- Powder A and Liquid B must be mixed thoroughly and applied in three coats within the specified working time. Before application, the substrate may be pre-wetted with water, and each subsequent coat should be applied after the previous layer has dried.
- Powder A and Liquid B, 10 kg each, supplied as a two-component package.
- Store in a sealed container in a cool, well-ventilated place, and avoid direct sunlight.
