JAS-FSA-301 Nano Water-Based Concrete Floor Sealer is a single-component, multifunctional water-based coating formulated with next-generation organic–inorganic hybrid nano coating covalent bonding technology. It forms an ultra-thin, transparent, and highly durable nano coating that can adhere to most substrate surfaces. This sealer effectively protects concrete as well as natural and engineered stone surfaces, and is especially suitable for hardened concrete floors. Its non-film-forming coating chemically bonds and crosslinks with the concrete surface, creating a new nano-structured protective layer that delivers outstanding performance in strength, waterproofing, abrasion resistance, stain resistance, corrosion resistance, and long-term durability.

- After fine grinding, clean and dry the concrete floor. Apply by spraying or brushing at a dosage of 0.05–0.1 kg/m².
- After drying, polish with a high-speed polishing machine using a scouring pad or #800–#1500 polishing pads until the surface is completely dry.
- Each kilogram covers approximately 10–20 m² (0.05–0.1 kg/m²).
