Product Description

This product is a single-component integral waterproofing admixture for concrete, using advanced organic–inorganic silicon covalent bonding oil technology. With only about 1% of the cementitious powder weight, it achieves full-depth waterproofing throughout the entire concrete section. JAS-UHPWA-101 effectively prevents water penetration, steel corrosion, and concrete deterioration, significantly enhancing durability and service life. It also reduces water absorption of building panels to Grade A standards, providing direct benefits for energy saving and carbon reduction.

Physical Properties

Setting Time: Initial setting occurs after 1 hour, and final setting is completed within 10 hours (CNS 3763:2009).

Stability: No shrinkage cracking, expansion cracking, or warping shall occur (CNS 3763:2009).

Strength Ratio: The compressive strength ratio of specimens with the waterproofing admixture to those without shall be not less than 0.85 (CNS 3763:2009).

Water Absorption Ratio: The water absorption ratio of specimens with the waterproofing admixture to those without shall be 0.50 or lower (CNS 3763:2009).

Water Permeability Ratio: The permeability ratio of specimens with the waterproofing admixture to those without shall be 0.50 or lower (CNS 3763:2009).

Product Packaging

Packaging: 20 kg or 180 kg steel drums.

Applications

1. Applicable to both new and existing indoor and outdoor concrete structures, as well as all types of cement precast products.

2. Suitable for gypsum boards, calcium silicate boards, fiber cement boards, autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC), and other building materials.

3. Also applicable to ground improvement and underground structures requiring waterproofing, such as cutoff piles, diaphragm walls, and similar systems.

4. For hydraulic structures and all types of submerged or coastal facilities to prevent corrosion of reinforcing steel.

Method of Use

Add about 1% of JAS-UHPWA-101 by cementitious powder weight to fresh concrete or mortar and mix uniformly. Waterproofing is completed after placement and curing.

JAS-UHPWA-101 can also be applied directly onto stone surfaces as a stone protective sealer.

Storage Stability

When stored in the original unopened packaging and kept under stable temperature conditions (temperature variation within 15 °C), the product can be stored for up to 1 year.

Safety Precautions

The application area should be kept well ventilated.
If the product splashes into the eyes or onto the skin, rinse immediately with clean water.
For industrial use only. Store in a safe place out of the reach of children.
Do not dispose of waste material into drains or water sources to prevent environmental contamination.
