Product Description

 - Future Nano Coating Technology

This product is a single-component, multifunctional nano water-based concrete waterproofing agent. It adopts next-generation advanced nano coating covalent bonding technology based on organic–inorganic silicon composites, enabling the formation of an ultra-thin, transparent, and durable nano coating that can adhere to almost any substrate.

JAS-SUPERWA-201 effectively penetrates into concrete, stone, and wood surfaces, generating internal penetrating crystallization protection. This non-film-forming coating chemically bonds and cross-links with the concrete surface to create a new nano-coated surface that provides excellent strength, waterproofing, abrasion resistance, stain resistance, corrosion resistance, and long-term durability.

Applications

  • Suitable for both new and existing indoor and outdoor concrete structures, as well as all types of cement precast products.
  • Can be used as a protective sealer for concrete, stone, wood, and similar materials.
  • For hydraulic structures and various submerged or coastal facilities to prevent corrosion of reinforcing steel.

Test Report：

  • JAS-SUPERWA-201 spray-applied waterproofing agent has demonstrated outstanding performance based on the CNS 3763 cement waterproofing agent test results. When applied as an external spray, it increases concrete strength by 11%, while both the water absorption ratio and water permeability ratio are reduced to the second decimal level. This represents true national-team-level performance.

Physical Properties

  • Stability: No shrinkage cracking, expansion cracking, or warping shall occur (CNS 3763:2009).
  • Strength Ratio: The compressive strength ratio of specimens with the waterproofing agent to those without shall be not less than 0.85 (CNS 3763:2009).
  • Water Absorption Ratio: The water absorption ratio of specimens with the waterproofing agent to those without shall be 0.50 or lower (CNS 3763:2009).
  • Water Permeability Ratio: The permeability ratio of specimens with the waterproofing agent to those without shall be 0.50 or lower (CNS 3763:2009).

Product Packaging:

  • Packaging: 20 kg or 200 kg drums.

Storage Stability:

  • When stored in the original unopened packaging and under stable temperature conditions (temperature variation within 15 °C), the product can be stored for up to 1 year.

Method of Application

  • Apply JAS-SUPERWA-201 at approximately 0.15 kg/m². It penetrates the substrate and creates a strong lotus-effect hydrophobic surface.
  • JAS-SUPERWA-201 can also be directly applied to the surfaces of stone or wood and used as a protective sealer.

Safety Precautions

  • The application area should be kept well ventilated.
  • If the product splashes into the eyes or onto the skin, rinse immediately with clean water.
  • For industrial use only. Store in a safe place out of the reach of children.
  • Do not dispose of waste materials into drains, sewers, or water sources to prevent environmental contamination.
